Most teams start browser test automation the same way: record a flow, export a script, and hope it survives the next UI change.

Recording clicks in a live browser is useful, but raw recordings are not good tests. They are transcripts of one browser session. A reliable test script is something else entirely: readable, editable, and structured around user intent instead of whatever happened to be in the DOM that day.
