Subprocessor change notices

Shiplight AI (Loggia AI, Inc.) publishes intended additions and replacements of subprocessors that may process customer personal information. Notices are posted before the listed effective date so affected customers can review the change and raise an objection.

Purpose
Enterprise single sign-on authentication for customers that choose to enable SSO for their Shiplight organization.
Personal information involved
Identity profile information used for authentication, including name, work email address, profile and organization identifiers, and IP address.
Customers affected
Customers that enable the WorkOS-powered enterprise SSO integration. Customers that do not enable this integration are not affected by this change.

WorkOS provides additional information through its Trust Center.
